With the rapid development of the construction industry,the decoration activities of office buildings are widely developing,and the decoration results reflect the design concept and affect the working status of employees.At present,the aesthetic concept permeates the decoration design plan of the office building,guides the decoration practice,highlights the beauty in the space layout,decoration style and other aspects,so that employees have a sense of comfort and belonging,thereby mobilizing the work enthusiasm of employees.On the basis of introducing the aesthetic concept,this paper analyzes the significance of the application of aesthetic concept in the office building decoration design scheme,and finally explores the practical points of the aesthetic concept in the office building decoration design scheme,aiming to provide reference for relevant designers and greatly improve the aesthetics of modern office building decoration design.
