对于土木工程来讲,施工质量问题将直接关系到企业的生存和发展,与企业的经济效益息息相关,一旦缺少严格的土木施工管理,就会造成质量安全隐患问题的出现,从而造成恶劣的社会影响。特别是在房屋建筑项目建设要求不断提升的过程中,就更需要对土木工程的施工质量问题进行关注,以此来延长建筑使用寿命,提高土木工程施工效果的目的。本文主要对土木工程中房建工程质量问题与控制策略进行了分析探讨。

For civil engineering,construction quality problems will be directly related to the survival and development of enterprises,and closely related to the economic benefits of enterprises.Once there is no strict civil construction management,it will cause the emergence of quality safety hidden dangers,resulting in bad social impact.Especially in the process of increasing the construction requirements of housing construction projects,it is more necessary to pay attention to the construction quality of civil engineering,so as to prolong the service life of the building and improve the construction effect of civil engineering.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the quality problems and control strategy of housing construction in civil engineering.
