建筑施工管理及绿色建筑施工管理分析

Analysis of Building Construction Management and Green Building Construction Management

近年来,我国的建筑工程建设有了很大进展,其施工管理工作也越来越受到重视。建筑能源消耗量不断走高,给生态环境带来了极大的破坏,影响了可持续发展目标的实现。基于此,人们的环保意识逐步增强,建筑也逐渐向节能减排、绿色环保的方向发展。即使现在对于绿色建筑的施工技术质量把控依旧存在诸多不足,但绿色建筑的发展却是大势所趋。本文首先分析了建筑施工管理的必要性,其次探讨了绿色建筑施工管理,最后就建筑施工管理中绿色施工管理应用进行研究,以供参考。

In recent years,China’s construction engineering construction has made great progress,and its construction management has also received more attention.The continuous increase in building energy consumption has brought great damage to the ecological environment and affects the achievement of sustainable development goals.Based on this condition,people’s awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased,and buildings have gradually developed towards the direction of energy conservation,emission reduction,green and environmental protection.Even if there are still many deficiencies in the quality control of green building construction technology,the development of green buildings is the general trend.This paper first analyzes the necessity of building construction management,then discusses green building construction management,and finally studies the application of green construction management in building construction management for reference.
