Cost Management and Control Strategy in Whole Process of Electric Power Engineering Construction

电力企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,就必须要提升自身核心竞争力,加强工程项目管理控制能力,将电力企业建设成本控制在合理范围内,加强工程整体经济效益。基于此,本文通过分析电力工程全过程造价管理的重要性,从不同方面来探究在全过程造价管理中隐藏的问题,让相关工作人员能发现造价管理中存在的问题,从而针对问题提出有效的解决措施,让电力工程管理能顺利实施。

If electric power enterprises want to occupy a position in the fierce market competition,they must enhance their core competitiveness,strengthen the control ability of engineering project management,control the construction cost of electric power enterprises within a reasonable range,and strengthen the overall economic benefits of the project.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the importance of cost management in the whole process of electric power engineering,explores the hidden problems in the whole process cost management from different aspects,so that relevant staff can find the problems in cost management,and accordingly propose effective solutions to the problems,thus electric power engineering management can be implemented smoothly.
