Development Status and Prospect of Age-Appropriate Smart Housing Related Technologies

当今世界人口老龄化严重,将智能技术植入老人居住环境和养老服务已成为必然。本文回顾了智能适老化住宅的发展,从日常生活、环境安全、照护与医疗、运动康复、娱乐社交、通用平台4个角度,阐述了智能家居的发展状况,并提出了未来的发展方向。

At present,the world population aging is serious,it has become inevitable to implant intelligent technology into the living environment and elderly care services for the elderly.This paper reviews the development of smart age-appropriate houses,expounds the development of smart home from the following perspectives:daily life,environmental safety,care and medical treatment,sports and rehabilitation,entertainment and social networking,and general platform,and puts forward the future development direction.
