基于贵州省级政务信息化发展安全现状的分析与思考

Analysis and Thinking on Current Situation of Security in Guizhou Provincial Government Affairs InformatizationDevelopment

政务信息系统是关系到国计民生的重要系统,其能否正常运转和顺利运行,依赖于网络基础设施、信息系统的安全稳定运行和重要数据的安全。本文以贵州省某厅局政务系统为对象,首先对其信息化建设现状进行了简要描述,研究了其省市县三级的网络结构,并分析了该系统存在的信息安全风险,提出了以数据安全为核心,加强网络安全建设,推动国产密码改造和建立安全运营监管机制的解决方案。对贵州省级政务信息化发展的网络安全建设有一定参考价值。

The government affairs information system is an important system related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and its normal and smooth operation depends on the safe and stable operation of network infrastructure,information system and the security of important data.Taking the government affairs system of a department bureau in Guizhou Province as the object,this paper first briefly describes the current situation of its informatization construction,studies the network structure at the provincial,municipal and county levels,analyzes the existingin formation security risks in the system,and puts forward a solution to take data security as the core,strengthen network security construction,promote domestic cryptography transformation and establish a security operation supervision mechanism.It has certain reference value for the network security construction of Guizhou provincial-level government affairs informatization development.
