摘要
智能制造是当今世界制造业发展的一个重要机遇,也是我国制造业的一个重要机遇。虽然智能制造是一个大的体系概念,它的内涵也在不断演变,但是它的发展最终目的却是为了提高生产效率、提高产品质量、节约能源、提高生产成本、优化物质资源、提高企业的核心竞争力。装配生产是企业的核心,它直接关系到产品的生产效率和质量。基于此,提出了一种基于自决策、自适应等智能特性来实现装配线均衡与物流调度的最佳控制。
Intelligent manufacturing is an important opportunity for the development of manufacturing industry in current world,and it is also an important opportunity for China’s manufacturing industry.Although intelligent manufacturing is a large system concept,its connotation is constantly evolving,but its development ultimate purpose is to improve production efficiency,improve product quality,save energy,increase production costs,optimize material resources,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Assembly production is the core of the enterprise,which is directly related to the production efficiency and quality of the products.Based on this condition,an optimal control of achieving assembly line balancing and logistics scheduling based on intelligent characteristics such as self-decision-making and self-adaption is proposed.
