钢轨铝热焊接接头超声波探伤异常反射波分析

摘要 基于超声波检测钢轨铝热焊接接头,可以通过观察探伤异常反射波的形式,来达到准确判断焊接缺陷位置、缺陷范围的目的,真正实现了无损检测。同时,超声波探伤还具有速度快、效率高的特点,使得该技术得以广泛使用。文章围绕钢轨铝热焊接接头超声波探伤异常发射波展开深度分析,全面介绍伤波形成的原因与伤波分析方法,使之能够更好地应用到钢轨铝热焊接接头缺陷检测工作当中,切实保障钢轨热铝焊接质量。 Based on ultrasonic inspection of aluminum thermal welded joints of steel rails,the position and scope of welding defects can be accurately judged by observing the abnormal reflected wave of inspection,and non-destructive testing can be realized.At the same time,ultrasonic inspection also has the characteristics of fast speed and high efficiency,which makes this technology widely used.This paper deeply analyzes abnormal reflected waves of ultrasonic inspection of aluminum thermal welded joints of steel rails,and comprehensively introduces the causes of the flaw wave formation and the analysis methods of flaw waves,so that it can be better applied to the defect detection of aluminum thermal welded joints of steel rails and effectively ensure the quality of aluminum thermal welding of steel rails.
