基于现地教学的“训教”一体化教学模式实施初探——以“通信电源”课程为例

Exploration and Practice of the Theory-Practice Integrated Teaching Mode Based on Field Teaching:Taking the“Power System for Telecommunication”as an Example

根据“学为战、教为战”“为战育人”的新时代军事教育方针,针对当前军队院校装备课程教学实践进行了基于现地教学模式的将理论教学和实训教学合二为一的“训教”一体化教学改革,以“通信电源”课程为例,根据课程特点,结合教学活动,从四个方面归纳总结了军队院校基于现地教学的“训教”一体化教学模式的优化措施,包括:教学计划、目标要求、内容,课程设计、评价、保障条件等方面的改革措施,为其他装备教学实践提供一定的参考和借鉴。

According to the new era military education,the principle of“studying for war,teaching for war”and“training students for war”,the theory-practice integrated teaching mode was proposed based on local teaching.Taking the“power system for telecommunication”as an example,we summarized the optimization measures of the theory-practice integrated teaching mode based on field teaching,including the reform measures required in the teaching plan,the goals,the content,the design,evaluation and guarantee conditions,which provides some references for other equipment courses.
