摘要
大庆宏伟庆化公司建有一套50t/a催化裂解装置,采用华东设计院设计,应用两段提升管多产丙烯技术(TMP工艺),使用青岛神飞催化剂公司及齐鲁石化公司生产的专用催化剂(1∶1配比添加),通过对不同工况下的生产方案对产品分布及变化进行统计分析,对TMP技术应用进行深层次的了解和比对,寻找综合产品率及效益最优化生产条件,实现效益增长最大化、最优化。一段提升管反应时间2.5 s,二段提升管反应时间0.5 s,不同物料进入提升管进行回炼后进行工艺总结,从产品分布、目的产品收率、能耗等方面进行技术分析。
Daqing Hongwei Chemical Co.,Ltd.has built a 50t/a catalytic cracking unit designed by East China Design Institute,The two-stage riser technology(TMP process)is applied to produce more propylene,and the special catalyst(1:1)produced by Qingdao Shenfei Catalyst Company and Qilu Petrochemical Company is used,The distribution and change of products are statistically analyzed according to the production plans under different working conditions,Deeply understand and compare the application of TMP technology,find out the production conditions for comprehensive product rate and benefit optimization,and realize the maximization and optimization of benefit growth.The reaction time of the primary riser is 2.5 s,and the reaction time of the secondary riser is 0.5 s.The process summary is made after different materials enter the riser for re refining,Technical analysis is made from product distribution,target product yield,energy consumption,etc.
