摘要
本文主要针对煤气化装置配套的煤气化废水酚氨回收装置中溶剂回收单元冷运造成溶剂二异丙基醚损耗大等问题,通过在水塔塔釜出料管线与预萃取进料管线增加联通,对酚氨回收装置溶剂回收单元的工艺流程进行了优化,主要从溶剂萃取影响因素、溶剂萃取单元、优化后溶剂萃取单元进行了阐述。
In this paper,the solvent recovery unit in the phenol ammonia recovery unit of coal gasification wastewater supporting the coal gasification plant caused large loss of solvent diisopropyl ether and other problems.By increasing the connection between the discharge pipeline and the pre-extraction feed pipeline in the water tower reactor,the process flow of the solvent recovery unit in the phenol ammonia recovery unit was optimized.The influence factors of solvent extraction,solvent extraction unit and optimized solvent extraction unit were discussed.
