摘要 球罐广泛应用于石油、化工行业,是石油化工装置不可缺少的重要设备,而球罐基础设计的安全与否是整个球罐设计安全度的重要保障之一。这些石化球罐的特点是直径大、荷载重,对地基和基础设计有严格的要求。本文首先根据本场区的地层土特点初选地基处理方案,并进行不同方案对比分析,确定本场区内的地基处理方案;其次详细介绍球罐环形基础内力计算方法,根据确定的计算方法,对环形基础底面的地基承载力、基础圆环梁及基础底板内力进行了计算,并根据计算结果对环形基础进行配筋;最后,对地基变形计算进行了阐述,并给出了本工程沉降量计算结果。本工程的球罐基础计算结果符合规范的各项构造要求,为以后进行球罐基础设计提供了很好的实践经验。 Spherical tank is widely used in petroleum and chemical industry,and it is an indispensable equipment for petrochemical equipment.The safety of spherical tank foundation design is one of the important guarantees for the safety of the whole spherical tank design.These petrified spherical tanks are characterized by large diameter,heavy load and strict requirements for foundation and foundation design.In this paper,the foundation treatment scheme is selected according to the characteristics of the ground soil in this field,and the different schemes are compared and analyzed to determine the foundation treatment scheme in this field.Secondly,the internal force calculation method of spherical tank ring foundation is introduced in detail.According to the determined calculation method,the bearing capacity of the foundation,the internal force of the ring beam and the bottom plate of the ring foundation are calculated,and the ring foundation is reinforced according to the calculation results.Finally,the calculation of foundation deformation is expounded,and the calculation result of settlement of this project is given.The calculation results of the spherical tank foundation in this project accord with the construction requirements of the code,which provides good practical experience for the design of the spherical tank foundation in the future.
