连续重整装置液化气硫含量高原因分析及处理措施

摘要 针对连续重整装置饱和液化气硫含量偏高的问题,判断和排查原因;先后通过对脱丁烷塔进/出料、预处理原料油、拔头油汽提塔原料油、集散控制系统(DCS)日常操作、拔头油汽提塔进料换热器等逐项排查,确定液化气硫含量高的原因并确定解决措施,有效解决了液化气中硫含量高的问题。 In view of the high sulfur content of saturated liquefied gas in continuous reforming unit,the reasons are judged and investigated.The reasons for the high sulfur content of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)were determined and the solutions were determined through item by item investigation of the feed/discharge of debutane tower,pretreatment of raw oil,raw oil of stripping tower,daily operation of DCS,feed heat exchanger of stripping tower of stripping oil,etc.The problem of high sulfur content in LPG was effectively solved.
