摘要
近年来海上平台注水能量补充工艺有效解决了油田开发中后期普遍存在产能递减快、压力亏空、增产难的问题。但稠油油藏开发中流动阻力大、采油转注水需动管柱作业,仍是制约油田实现增储上产及降本增效的重要因素。注采轮换能量补充联作技术在实现分层注水或笼统注水的同时,可不动管柱实现注水层、水源层的单独生产及闭式注水,且利用深层地热水资源实现稠油热驱,提高地层及井筒流动性,提高采收率。本文主要介绍其设计原理、关键工具功能及参数优化、技术现场应用情况。
In recent years,the offshore platform water injection energy supplement process has effectively solved the problems of Rapid decline of oil production,pressure deficit and difficult production increase in the middle and late stages of oilfield development.However,the heavy oil reservoir development has large flow resistance and the conversion of oil production to water injection requires,which is still an important factor restricting the oilfield to increase production,and cost reduction and efficiency increase.The joint technology of conversion water injection and oil production and energy supplement can realize layered water injection or overall water injection,and realize convert between water injection layer and water source layer without moving the pipe string,and realize heavy oil thermal drive by using deep geothermal water resources and improve the mobility of the reservoir and wellbore and improve the recovery factor.This paper mainly introduces the technology design principle,key tools functions and tools parameter optimization,and application of technology.
