含油污泥热解残渣特性及其资源化利用 被引量:1

Characteristics and resource utilization of pyrolysis residue from oily sludge

摘要 以含油污泥热解残渣为原料,在充分考察其组成特性的基础上,通过添加复合固化剂(水泥和粉煤灰的混合物)及液态黏结剂,制备路基材料,考察了影响路基材料性能的主要因素。分析结果表明:热解残渣的主要组分为SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO和SO_(3),与传统路基材料较为相似;热解残渣的pH、矿物油含量和铜、镉、铅等重金属含量均满足《农用污泥污染物控制标准》(GB 4284—2018)的要求。实验结果表明,在复合固化剂配比(水泥与粉煤灰质量比)为3∶2、复合固化剂与热解残渣质量比为3∶2、液态黏结剂加入量(m(液态黏结剂)∶m(复合固化剂和热解残渣))为0.15~0.20、养护龄期为7 d的条件下,所制得的路基材料抗压强度达到最佳,为2.77 MPa。 On the basis of fully investigating the composition characteristics,the pyrolysis residue from oil sludge was used for preparation of subgrade material by adding a mixture of cement and fly ash(composite curing agent)and liquid binder.The factors affecting the performance of the roadbed material were investigated.The characterization results show that:The main components of the pyrolysis residue are SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),CaO,and SO_(3),which are similar to traditional roadbed materials;The pH,mineral oil content,and content of Cu,Cd,Pd and other heavy metals of the pyrolysis residue meet the requirements of the national standard for agricultural sludge pollutants control(GB 4284-2018).The experimental results show that under the conditions of composite curing agent ratio 3∶2,mass ratio of composite curing agent to pyrolysis residue 3∶2,liquid binder content(m(liquid binder)∶m(composite curing agent and pyrolysis residue))0.15-0.20 and curing time 7 d,the compressive strength of the subgrade material is the best,reaching 2.77 MPa.
