高校少数民族学生情商教育工作路径研究

大学生正是处于个性养成与技能训练的关键阶段,情商培养和大学生的发展也有着不可分割的关系。高等教育要改变以往以能力培养为主的教学思想,积极探索高校情商能力培养的新思路、新途径、新手段,进一步强化对大学生情商能力等全面素质的训练,从整体上提高培养质量,促进学生协调可持续发展。做好本科生情商人才培养任务是新形势下全面准确贯彻党的教育方针的应有之义,是经济和社会发展对人才培养提出的迫切客观要求,是大学生适应现代社会规则、生存、竞争和发展的重要能力之一。大学生作为未来社会主义事业的建设者和可靠接班人,有意识地培养、训练、提高其情商,具有积极而深远的现实意义。
