书院与学院双院协同育人的价值意蕴、内涵及实现进路

随着高校书院制改革的深入推进,书院迅速发展且在人才培养中的功能、价值日益凸显,高校传统的学院制一元育人模式逐渐被打破,书院和学院二元主体协同育人的格局正在形成。双院协同育人对于落实立德树人根本任务、构建“三全育人”新格局和促进学生全面发展具有重要意义。因此,要从书院和学院的育人目标、育人主体和路径选择上挖掘双院协同育人的内涵,从育人理念、机制、队伍、文化等方面着手,打造双院协同育人“共同体”,提升双院协同育人的实效性。

With the deepening of the reform of the academy system in colleges and universities,the academies have developed rapidly and their functions and values in talent training have become increasingly prominent,the traditional college system of unitary education model is gradually broken,and the pattern of academies and colleges cooperative education is taking shape.This pattern is of great significance for cultivating virtuous people and building a new pattern of"three-wide education"and promoting the all-round development of students.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the connotation of the collaborative education of the academies and colleges from the educational goals,subjects and paths of them,and create a"community"of collaborative education between these two,and enhance the effectiveness of the collaborative education from the educational concepts,mechanisms,teams,cultureand other aspects.
