A Study of Xi Jinping’s Important Statements on the Political Responsibilities of Chinese Communists(Part I)

政治责任是党和国家政治和治理体系对于党员干部的岗位要求和角色规定,是党和人民对于党员干部的政治伦理约束和道德规范。习近平总书记从社会历史发展规律的高度,在宏观与微观、历史与现实、政治与道德的有机结合上,深刻阐述了新时代中国共产党人的政治责任,形成了习近平政治责任观。本文基于习近平总书记关于政治责任的重要论述,分析阐释了习近平政治责任观的理论和实践基础、基本内容、实施路径、规范价值和重要意义,以推进新时代我国责任政治的建设。

Political responsibility refers to the job to be done and the role to be fulfilled by Party members and cadres,as required by the Communist Party of China and political system of Chinese state,in accordance with a kind of political ethics and moral code for Party members and cadres set by the Party and the Chinese people as a whole.From the point of view of social and historical development,General Secretary Xi Jinping has profoundly expounded the political responsibility of Chinese Communists in the new era on the macro and micro level,in terms of both history and reality,politics and ethics,and formed Xi Jinping’s conception of political responsibility.Based on Xi Jinping’s important statements on political responsibility,this paper explains the theoretical and practical basis,basic content,implementation path,normative value and implications of Xi Jinping’s conception of political responsibility,as an attempt to promote the building of political responsibility in China.
