摘要
面对内循环“本土化”、外循环“区域性”及产业链供应链纵向分工缩短—横向区域集聚态势,作为创新活动最具活力的科技型中小企业适应性调整成为重要课题。文章采用文献法、调查法和分析法等方法对2018-2021年合肥科技型中小企业面板数据进行分析,发现在创新主体进阶、研发投入和科技成果转化等方面存在不足,进而提出相应的对策和建议。
Faced with the localization of internal circulation,regionalization of external circulation,and the trend of vertical division of labor shortening and horizontal regional agglomeration in the industrial chain supply chain,the adaptive adjustment of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,as the most dynamic innovation activity,has become an important issue.This paper analyzes the panel data of Hefei technology-based SMEs from 2018 to 2021 by using the methods of literature,survey and analysis.It finds that there are deficiencies in the upgrading of innovation subjects,R&D investment and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
