The proposal of the overall national security concept has put forward higher requirements for China’s intelligence work.As an important part of international competition,intellectual property intelligence involves various fields such as technology,economy,and people’s livelihood.Whether intellectual property intelligence can be effectively utilized has become the focus of the game between countries.The article explores the important role of intellectual property intelligence in national security,and proposes suggestions for the formation of China’s intellectual property intelligence strategy,with the aim of providing useful reference for future in-depth research on intellectual property intelligence topics.
