Natural disasters comprehensive risk census is a systematic project deployed by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to comprehensively grasp the potential risks of natural disasters in China and improve the comprehensive prevention capability of the whole society against natural disasters.The general census of disaster-bearing body of housing construction and municipal facilities is an important part,which is characterized by tight schedule,heavy tasks and strong professionalism.In order to ensure that the census progress meets the contract period and the quality of the results conforms to the specification requirements,it is very important to do a good job in census project management.This paper expounds how to do well in census project management from the aspects of preparation,project implementation,progress control and quality control,which can provide experience for the management of similar projects.
