新文科视角下应用型本科高校经管类专业集群建设研究

Research on the construction of economic and management clusters in appliedundergraduate universities from the perspective of new liberal arts

高校专业集群建设是新文科背景下的新课题,文理工相通、人文社科相通、中西相通、知行相通是新文科的基本特征。文章以某高校电子商务专业集群建设为例,梳理了经管类专业集群的基本构成要素,总结了集群建设经验,勾勒出集群建设路径,即做好顶层设计—确定龙头专业—梳理专业集群产业链、专业链和人才链逻辑关系—剖析电子商务集群岗位链逻辑关系—打造多维教学团队—构建“模块化”专业集群课程体系和专业集群保障体系。实践表明,集群建设成效显著。

The construction of professional clusters in universities is a new topic under the background of the new liberal arts.The basic characteristics of the new liberal arts are“the connection between arts,science and engineering,humanities and social sciences,China and the West,and knowledge and action”.This article takes the construction of an e-commerce professional cluster in a certain university as an example to sort out the basic elements of an economic and management professional cluster,summarize the experience of cluster construction,and outline the path of cluster construction,which includes doing a good job in top-level design-determining leading majors-sorting out the professional cluster industry chain logical relationship between professional chain and talent chain-analyzing the logical relationship between e-commerce cluster job chain-building a multi-dimensional teaching team-constructing a“modular”professional cluster curriculum system and professional cluster guarantee system.Practice has shown that cluster construction has achieved significant results.
