摘要
新型数字基础设施是推动农村高质量发展和城乡一体化的重要力量。然而,数字化应用在农村高质量发展中仍面临着政策、技术、人才、资金、文化等方面的困难和挑战。基于此,文章从技术创新、机制创新、政策创新3个方面,探讨新型数字基础设施下农村高质量发展中的实现路径,旨在为其在农村高质量发展中的推广和应用提供借鉴与参考。
New digital infrastructure is an important force to promote high-quality rural development and urban-rural integration.However,digital application still faces difficulties and challenges in policy,technology,talents,capital and culture in the high-quality development of rural areas.Based on this,this paper discusses the realization path of rural high-quality development under the new digital infrastructure from three aspects:technical innovation,mechanism innovation and policy innovation,aiming at providing reference for its application in rural high-quality development.
