基于地方金融组织发展浅谈金融治理——以四平市为例

由于我国长期对金融体系发展保持高度严格监管,一直以来地方金融组织在金融机构的夹缝中求生存,“小、散、弱”发展特征十分明显。伴随着我国各类经济主体的不断涌现、创新创业的不断活跃和金融服务业改革发展不断深化,地方金融组织呈现蓬勃发展、活跃创新的发展态势。四平地区地方金融组织为地方实体经济特别是小微企业提供了多层次、多样化的金融服务,逐渐成为四平市金融体系不可或缺的重要组成部分。

Because our country has maintained a high degree of strict supervision system on the development of fi nancial system for a long time,local fi nancial organizations have been trying to survive in the cracks of fi nancial institutions,“Small,scattered,weak”development characteristics are very obvious.With the continuous emergence of various economic subjects,active innovation and entrepreneurship,and the deepening of the reform of fi nancial service industry in our country,the local financial organizations show a dynamic and innovative development trend.The local fi nancial organization of Siping City has provided multi-level and diversifi ed fi nancial services for the local real economy,especially small and micro enterprises,and has gradually become an indispensable and important part of Siping City’s fi nancial system.
