摘要
为研究陕西省关中地区农业生产效率,本文以渭南市为研究对象,基于2010~2019年相关数据,运用DEA-BCC模型评价分析农业投入-产出效率。结果发现,渭南市农业生产效率整体偏低,虽达到农业生产技术投入有效,但农业生产规模过大,应适当调整农业生产规模,推动综合技术效率达到最有效状态;区县间差异较大,各地区生产资料分配不合理,资源浪费现象较为突出。在实证分析基础上,提出了促进渭南市农业生产效率发展的相关对策和建议,为推动渭南市农业生产持续绿色健康发展提供方向性支持。
In order to study the efficiency of agricultural production in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi Province,this paper takes Weinan City as the research object,and evaluates and analyzes agricultural input-output efficiency using DEA-BCC model based on relevant data from 2010~2019.The results found that the overall agricultural production efficiency in Weinan City is low,and although the technical inputs of agricultural production are effective,the scale of agricultural production is too large,and the scale of agricultural production should be appropriately adjusted to promote the most effective state of comprehensive technical efficiency;there are large differences between districts and counties,and the distribution of production materials in each region is unreasonable,and the phenomenon of resource waste is more prominent.Based on the empirical analysis,relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of agricultural production efficiency in Weinan City are proposed to provide directional support for promoting the sustainable green and healthy development of agricultural production in Weinan City.
