林业改革新形势下的森林防火工作

The Work on Forest Fire Prevention Under the new Situation of Forestry Reform

为降低森林火灾发生概率与产生的消极影响,通过文献研究、案例分析的方法研究森林防火工作相关问题。结果发现:在林业改革的新形势下,森林防火工作还存在森林防火预警机制不完善、森林防火技术水平有待提升、森林防火人才队伍建设力度不大、火源管控难度大等诸多问题。在此基础上,提出林业改革新形势下森林防火的对策,构建完善健全的森林防火预警机制、强化森林防火基础设施建设、提高森林防火人才队伍整体水平以及综合管控森林火灾火源。

To reduce the probability and the negative impact of the forest fire.In the process of analysis,this paper studies the related problems of forest fire prevention through literature research and case analysis.It is found that under the new situation of forestry reform,there are still many problems in forest fire prevention work,such as the imperfection of forest fire prevention warning mechanism,the level of forest fire prevention technology needs to be improved,the construction of forest fire prevention talent team is not strong,and the control of the fire source is difficult.On this basis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for forest fire prevention under the new situation of forestry reform,mainly including building a perfect early warning mechanism for forest fire prevention.We aim to strengthen the construction of forest fire prevention infrastructure,improve the overall level of the forest fire prevention talent team,and comprehensively control the fire source of the forest fire.
