钱营孜煤矿W3_(2)20工作面开采安全可靠性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究钱营孜煤矿F22断层对W3_(2)20工作面的影响并确定防水煤柱的合理宽度,根据工作面和断层实地勘探的水文地质资料,运用数值模拟技术,对煤层开挖进行了全过程的模拟,对回采过程中围岩竖向应力、位移云图及顶、底板塑性区变化进行了研究。结果表明:煤层开挖到110 m时,F22断层与工作面顶板塑性破区尚未相互贯通,断层不会导水,留设宽度30 m防水煤柱可以有效防止断层活化突水。该研究一方面证明了W3_(2)20工作面在留设30 m防水煤柱下安全开采的可行性,另一方面为西三采区及其他相似水文地质条件的工作面实行水下开采提供了参考。 In order to study the influence of F22 fault on W3_(2)20 working face and determine the reasonable width of waterproof coal pillar in Qianyingzi coal mine,the whole process of coal seam excavation is simulated by numerical simulation technology according to the hydrogeological data of working face and fault field exploration,and the vertical stress and displacement nephogram of surrounding rock and the change of plastic zone of roof and floor in the mining process are studied.The results show that when the coal seam is excavated to 110 m,the F22 fault and the plastic fracture zone of the working face roof have not been connected,and the fault will not conduct water.The water inrush of the fault activation can be effectively prevented by the water proof coal pillar with a width of 30 m.On the one hand,this study proves the feasibility of safe mining of W3_(2)20 working face under 30 m waterproof coal pillar.On the other hand,it provides a reference for underwater mining of Xisan Mining area and other working faces with similar hydrogeological conditions.
