摘要
教材建设是国家事权,教材治理现代化是国家治理现代的重要维度。中小学教材治理现代化面临教材权威消长、价值旨归和呈现形态变化所带来的问题与挑战,应该基于文化自信目标强化内容治理、遵循以人为本理念提高治理能力,营造和谐共生环境优化治理体系,通过建设法治文化,推动教材治理规范化、重视质量文化,增强教材治理针对性、引导舆论监督,加大教材治理参与度。
The construction of textbook is the national authority,and the modernization of textbook governance is an important dimension of the modernization of national governance.The modernization of textbook governance is facing the problems and challenges brought by the rise and fall of textbook authority,the value orientation and the change of presentation form.We should optimize the governance content based on cultural self-confidence,improve the governance ability by following the people-oriented concept,create a harmonious symbiotic environment and optimize the governance system,promote the standardization of textbook governance by building the rule of law,attaching importance to quality,enhancing the pertinence of textbook governance,and guiding public opinion supervision to increase the participation of textbook governance.
