摘要
近年来,家庭学校社会协同育人已经成为教育改革领域重要的政策热点话题。S乡面临的“三无”困境表明,协同育人从理念到实践层面之间仍然存在着显而易见的距离。以学校为主导,家庭和社会作为辅助的“一体两翼”模式中,关于家庭、学校和社会的责任认定是理想化的,未必适应欠发达地区基础薄弱的现实状况。S乡中心学校合唱团建设的经验表明,借助引领者而构建的三棱锥模式,可以更有效地统一思想,以平等对话的机制促使各方明确责任,分工合作,促进家校社协同育人工作的有效开展。
In recent years,the collaborative education among family,school and society has become an important hot topic in the field of education reform policy.The“Three-no”dilemma faced by S town indicates that there is still an obvious distance between the conceptual and practical aspects of collaborative education.In the“one body,two wings”model led by schools and assisted by families and society,the responsibility recognition of family,school,and society is idealized and may not necessarily adapt to the weak foundation of underdeveloped areas.The experience of the construction of the choir in S township central school shows that the triangular pyramid model constructed with the help of leaders can more effectively unify ideas,promote clear responsibilities,division of labor and cooperation among all parties through an equal dialogue mechanism,and promote the effective implementation of collaborative education work.
