摘要
目的 探讨头颈部计算机体层血管成像(CTA)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用,评估CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的准确性。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年8月成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院收治的疑似颅内动脉瘤的142例患者,将同时行数字减影血管造影(DSA)和CTA检查并通过DSA确诊为颅内动脉瘤的100例患者纳入本研究,以此来评价CTA诊断的准确性。结果 以DSA诊断结果为参考标准,CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的特异度及灵敏度分别为95.0%、100.0%。DSA和CTA在测量颅内动脉瘤最大直径平均值的准确度方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CTA诊断时间为(13.59±4.22)min,明显短于DSA诊断时间(24.92±5.63)min(P<0.05)。结论 CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的灵敏度和特异度较高,对瘤体大小测量较精确,且CTA诊断时间明显短于DSA。
Objective To explore the application value of computed tomography angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms,and assess the diagnostic accuracy of CTA.Methods A total of 142 patients with suspected intracranial aneurysms in the First People's Hospital of Longquanyi District from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected,among which 100 patients who underwent both digital subtraction angiography(DSA)and CTA examination and were diagnosed with intracranial aneurysms by DSA were included in the study to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of CTA.Results The sensitivity and specificity of CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms were 95.0%and 100.0%,respectively,based on the diagnosis results of DSA.There was no statistical significance in the accuracy of measuring the maximum diameter of aneurysms between the two methods(P>0.05).The diagnostic time of CTA[(13.59±4.22)min]was significantly shorter than that of DSA[(24.92±5.63)min](P<0.05).Conclusion CTA has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Compared with DSA,CTA is more accurate in the measurement of tumor size,and costs less time for diagnosis.
