摘要
航空发动机压气机在运行过程易发生喘振现象,危及发动机寿命。为达到提高VSV机构的运行可靠性以及降低发动机能耗等目的,满足整机台架试验要求。本文搭建了某型压气机VSV机构油压驱动试验台,采集不同工况下VSV机构油压驱动力,得到了常规与极限速度下油压驱动力数据,给出了VSV机构油压驱动力变化规律。试验结果表明:常规速度下,速度变量对油压驱动力几乎没有影响,行程变化工况下到达上止点时,油压驱动力会出现阶跃现象,对压气机VSV机构工作过程中驱动力预测和规律变化以及针对发动机压气机系统能耗、效率优化研究有一定的工程意义与参考价值。
The operating process of an aero-engine compressor is prone to surge phenomenon,which endangers the life of aero-engine.In order to achieve the purpose of improving the reliability of the VSV mechanism and reducing energy consumption and meet the requirements of engine overall test.A type of compressor VSV mechanism oil pressure drive test rig was built to collect the oil pressure drive force of VSV mechanism under different working conditions,and the oil pressure driving force data were obtained under the regular and limited speed,and the regulation of oil pressure driving force of VSV mechanism was given.The test results show that the speed variable has almost no effect on the oil pressure driving force under the conventional speed,the oil pressure driving force will show a step phenomenon when reaching the upper dead center under the stroke change condition,which has engineering significance and reference value for the prediction of the driving force and the optimization of energy consumption and efficiency of the engine compressor VSV mechanism during the working process.
