摘要
为了解决基于油量控制的柴油机控制系统存在的功能需求耦合、软件架构复杂等问题,对基于扭矩控制的柴油机油气协同控制架构进行了分析。详细阐述了柴油机扭矩管理的基本模型,并介绍了以扭矩为基础进行燃油系统和空气系统控制的基本策略。为了验证控制策略的有效性,进行了台架试验。试验结果显示,在发动机起动和运行工况下,发动机运行稳定,控制系统能够根据发动机运行工况计算指示扭矩,从而控制喷油量和进气量。本文设计的基于扭矩的控制策略合理有效,满足整车的驾驶需求。
In order to address the issues of functional requirement coupling and complex software architecture in diesel engine control systems based on fuel quantity control,this study analyzes the torque-based cooperative control architecture for diesel engines.The basic model for torque management in diesel engines is elaborated,along with the fundamental strategies for fuel system and air system control based on torque.To validate the effectiveness of the control strategies,bench tests were conducted.The experimental results demonstrate that the engine operates stably during engine startup and running conditions,and the control system is capable of calculating the desired torque according to the engine operating conditions,thereby regulating the fuel injection quantity and intake air quantity.The designed torque-based control strategies are reasonable and effective,meeting the driving performance requirements of the vehicle.
