摘要
近年来,随着磁共振分子成像方法的发展及新序列的不断开发,磁共振分子成像在疾病早期诊断、细胞示踪及基因分析等领域应用越来越广泛。磁共振报告基因成像作为磁共振分子成像的重要分支,也备受关注。而磁共振报告基因种类繁多,因其成像原理不同导致其应用领域各不相同,熟知磁共振成像报告基因的成像原理及其优缺点是合理应用它的前提。本文将从成像原理、研究前沿及未来发展方向等方面对磁共振报告基因进行综述,期望以此提高磁共振分子成像效能及安全性,推动磁共振分子成像技术发展。
With the development of magnetic resonance imaging methods and the development of new sequences,magnetic resonance imaging has become increasingly widely used early diagnosis of diseases,cell tracing,and gene analysis.Magnetic resonance reporter gene imaging,as an important branch of magnetic resonance imaging,has also received great attention.There are various types of magnetic resonance imaging reporter genes,and their application fields vary due to their different imaging principles.Familiarity with the imaging principles and advantages and disadvantages of magnetic resonance imaging reporter genes is a prerequisite for their application.This article will introduce the application of reporter genes from the imaging principles,research frontiers,and future development of magnetic resonance reporter genes.We hope to improve the efficiency and safety of magnetic resonance molecular imaging and promote the development of magnetic resonance imaging technology.
