摘要
为了评价高性能精表处的路表服务功能,对已通车运营10余年的沥青路面进行精表处养护,提出了“三油两砂”双层铺装结构高性能精表处胶结料和集料撒布参数,确定了I型高性能胶结料的养生时间和检验方法,以及轮胎压路机的碾压时机和碾压遍数等技术要求。高性能精表处养护后,路面抗滑性能显著提高,与原路面的层间黏结强度远大于拉伸破坏强度;行车噪声较原路面略有增加,但较微表处低7.2 dB。
In order to evaluate pavement surface service function of high-performance fine-surfacing,fine-surfacing maintenances for the asphalt pavement that has been open to traffic for more than ten years were carried out.The distribution parameters of high-performance fine-surfacing binders and aggregates of“three asphalt felt and two sand”double-layer paving structure were put forward,and the curing time and inspection method of type I high-performance binder,as well as the rolling time and times of tire roller were determined.After high-performance fine-surfacing curing,the skid resistance of the pavement was significantly improved,and the interlayer bonding strength with the original pavement was much greater than the tensile failure strength;The driving noise was slightly higher than that of the original road surface,but it was 7.2 dB lower than that of the micro-surfacing.
