摘要
针对海上油气生产设施的爆炸特点,以某A60窗为例,进行抗爆性能有限元分析,提出一种船用窗抗爆性能的建模和计算方法;结合国标对门窗抗爆性能的相关标准以及常规的抗爆试验方法,针对海洋油气生产设施,采用新的适用于海上油气爆炸特点的船用窗抗爆试验方法,并对两种抗爆试验方法在油气爆炸方面的适用性进行对比分析。
Aiming at the explosion characteristics of offshore oil and gas production facilities,taking a certain A60 window as an example,the anti-explosion performance of the window was analyzed by finite element method,so as to put forward a modeling and calculation method of the anti-explosion performance of marine window.Combined with the relevant standards of anti-explosion performance of doors and windows in national standard and the conventional anti-explosion test methods,a new anti-explosion test method for marine windows was introduced according to the explosion characteristics of the offshore oil and gas production facilities.The applicability of the two anti-explosion test methods in the field of oil and gas explosion was comparatively analyzed.
