浮式生产装置甲板管路系统分级设计方法

摘要 为解决FPSO甲板管路系统在设计过程中存在的管路分支点不在最优位置、管路系统设计过程过于复杂的问题,基于蚁群算法,针对FPSO甲板管路系统的特点,将甲板管路分化为主管和分支管路,通过先后设计主管路和分支管路的方式完成管路系统的设计,实际算例对比发现,此方法能有效解决管路分支点不在最优位置的问题,同时分级设计的方式能有效降低设计和计算难度。 In order to solve the problems of FPSO deck piping system,such as the pipeline branch points are not optimal and the design process is too complicated,based on ant colony algorithm and according to the characteristics of FPSO deck piping system,the deck piping was divided into main pipe and branch pipe,so as to complete the piping system design by designing main pipe and branch pipe successively.The comparison of practical examples showed that the proposed method can effectively locate the branch point at an optimal position and the hierarchical design can effectively reduce the difficulty of design and calculation.
