大型集装箱船货舱通风管路选型分析

Selection Analysis of Cargo Holds Ventilation Pipeline of Large Container Ship

针对某大型冷藏集装箱船货舱通风管路系统常用的钢质圆形风管和螺旋风管,从布置、选材、标准、成本、制作安装维修以及腐蚀量等方面进行或比较,分析螺旋风管在集装箱船货舱通风应用的优缺点和前景,结果表明,满足使用要求时选用螺旋风管在各方面都有更好的效果,局部特殊区域仍需选用钢质圆风管。

Based on the comparison of steel circular air duct and spiral air duct commonly used in the cargo hold ventilation piping system of a large refrigerated container ship,the advantages,disadvantages and prospects of spiral air duct in the cargo hold ventilation of a container ship were analyzed from the aspects of layout,material selection,standard,cost,fabrication,installation and maintenance,and corrosion amount.The results showed that the spiral duct has better effect in all aspects when it meets the use requirements,and steel circular duct is still needed in local special areas.
