摘要
针对上建两翼分段建造精度要求高、涉及分段多、控制难度大的问题,以21万t散货船为例,探讨上建两翼分段制作阶段及总组搭载阶段的精度控制,结合生产工艺及过程精度管理分析,总结出一套精度控制的工艺技术,分析比较实施后的效果,为后续产品生产建造提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of high accuracy requirement,many sections involved and difficult precision control in construction of the ship’s superstructure on the two wings,taking 210000 DWT bulk carrier as an example,the precision control of two sections on two wings was discussed in the stages of segmented production and the total assembly.Combined with the analysis of production technology and process precision management,a set of precision control technology was summarized,and the implementation effect was investigated,which can provide reference for the subsequent production and construction of products.
