Application and Practice of BI in Cost Control of Overseas New Energy Projects of Large Enterprises

文章围绕A公司在海外新能源项目中应用商业BI实践展开,从该企业的成本管控现状出发,分析其在报价测算和成本管控方面临的现实困境,结合商业BI的优点,建立了包含多个数据应用模块的海外项目成本数据分析平台。该平台不仅可以进行项目全过程的成本分析对比,而且还能进行不同国别不同项目之间多维度多层次的对比分析,为A公司提高海外项目中标率、增加履约项目盈利、支撑管理者决策以及增强集团管控能力提供了良好解决途径,也为海外项目从经营到履约全过程提供了参考案例。

This paper focuses on the practice of commercial BI in the field of overseas construction cost of A company.Starting from the analyses of current dilemma in cost calculation and cost control,commercial BI has been applied to A company’s overseas cost control and an overseas project cost data analysis platform including multiple data application modules has been established which are explained in detail in the paper.The platform can not only perform cost analysis and comparison of the whole process of the project,but also conduct multi-dimensional and multi-level comparison and analysis between different projects in different countries,so as to improve the biding rate of overseas projects for A company,increase the profitability of performance projects,and support managers’decision-making.Also,it enhances the group's management and control capabilities and provides a reference cases for the whole process of overseas projects from bidding operation to contract performance control.
