湖泊蓝藻打捞治理工作造价研究--以滇池蓝藻治理为例

Study on the Cost of Cyanobacteria Salvage and Treatment in Lakes--Taking Cyanobacteria Treatment in Dianchi Lake As an Example

滇池蓝藻打捞处置工作一直是昆明市生态文明建设工作的重点之一。近年来,滇池中投入多种不同处理方式的蓝藻应急围捕、藻水打捞处置设施、设备,并建立了滇池重点区域蓝藻日常防控及应急处置工作机制。为了提高项目的管理水平和管理效率,为项目投资控制提供科学依据,作者对滇池蓝藻治理设施设备进行调查、合理分类,并对其综合单价进行研究。首先对2012~2022年滇池蓝藻治理工程的相关数据进行统计分析,通过对滇池蓝藻治理工作进行实地调查,对历年造价管理、控制情况进行分析、测算并进行了整理、分类;再以滇池蓝藻治理为案例,对滇池蓝藻治理工作的计价体系进行了研究,并对工程量清单的设置、清单单价水平进行研究,得出了滇池蓝藻治理相关的工程量清单及参考单价,以期为类似湖泊的蓝藻治理的工程管理、造价控制提供一些参考和启示。

The salvage and disposal of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake has been one of the consistent focuses for the ecological developments on Kunming.In recent years,various emergency capture and disposal facilities and equipment for blue-green algae with different treatment reasons and methods have been put into use in Dianchi Lake,and a daily prevention and control and emergency response mechanism for blue-green algae in key areas of Dianchi Lake has been established.In order to improve the management level and efficiency of the project and provide scientific basis for project investment control,the author conducted an investigation,reasonable classification,and comprehensive unit price research on the blue-green algae treatment facilities and equipment in Dianchi Lake.This article conducts a statistical analysis of the relevant data of the cyanobacteria treatment project in Dianchi Lake from 2012 to 2022.Through the fields of investigation,the cost management and control over the years are analyzed,calculated and classified.Using the treatment of cyanobacteria in Dianchi Lake as an example,through the studies of the pricing system and the establishment of the bill of quantities as well as unit prices,the quantities and the respective unit prices in the treatment of cyanobacteria can be obtained,which provides reference and enlightenment for the project management and cost control of cyanobacteria treatment in similar lakes.
