摘要 目的探讨ICU护士跨专业协作能力现状及其影响因素。方法对270名ICU护士采用护士一般资料调查表、千叶跨专业协作能力量表、护理工作环境量表进行调查。结果270名ICU护士跨专业协作能力总分为(124.79±16.76)分。多元线性回归结果显示,学历、近3年院外学习交流经历、有兴趣参加跨专业合作学习的培训课程、认为有必要了解除护理以外其他医学专业知识、护理工作环境进入回归方程(P<0.05),共解释ICU护士跨专业协作能力总变异的55.7%。结论270名ICU护士跨专业协作能力处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者应根据ICU特征制订相应制度与措施改善ICU的护理工作环境,从而提高ICU护士的跨专业协作能力。 Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of interprofessional collaboration ability of ICU nurses.Methods A total of 270 ICU nurses were investigated and analyzed with the General Information Questionnaire,the Chiba Interdisciplinary Competency Scale and Nursing Working Environment Scale.Results The total score of interdisciplinary cooperation ability of ICU nurses was(124.79±16.76).The results of multiple linear regression showed that the educational background,learning experience outside the hospital,interest in participating in interprofessional cooperative learning training,the cognition of the necessity of understanding other medical specialties,and nursing work environment entered the regression equation(P<0.05),which explained 55.7%of the total variation of interdisciplinary cooperative ability of ICU nurses.Conclusion The interdisciplinary cooperation ability of ICU nurses is on the upper middle level.Nursing managers should formulate related systems and measures according to ICU characteristics to improve ICU nursing working environment so as to improve ICU nurses'interdisciplinary cooperation ability.
