基于证据的社区老年人口腔健康管理科普作品的设计及制作

Development of evidence-based popular works of oral health management for older adults in the community

目的设计并制作基于证据的社区老年人口腔健康科普作品以提高老年人的口腔健康素养。方法总结社区老年人口腔健康管理的最佳证据。基于最佳证据总结,确定科普作品的内容框架;经证据细化和转化,由研究团队共同设计和制作科普作品,通过对5名未参与科普作品制作的成员进行访谈,对科普作品进行评审。结果共形成5个方面21条最佳证据;通过2轮评审,最终形成社区老年人口腔健康管理科普作品视频,视频内容包括口腔健康的重要性、口腔疾病的危险因素、龋齿和牙周病的识别、预防和护理、口腔清洁工具的使用5个科普主题和16个细化主题。结论社区老年人口腔健康管理科普作品研发过程科学,规范性强,注重科普作品的友好化设计,可为其他健康科普作品的研制提供参考。

Objective To design and develop popular works of oral health management for older adults in the community to improve their oral health literacy.Methods Through summarizing the best evidence for oral health management of older adults in the community,the framework of popular works was identified.The popular works were designed and made by a multidisciplinary team after the evidence refinement and translation.Finally,through focus group interviews with five members who did not participate in the production of popular science works,the popular science works were reviewed.Results A total of 21 best evidences were summarized from five aspects.Through two rounds of experts meeting,the final popular works for community elderly were formed.The final video clips popular works have five themes and 16 refined themes,including the importance of oral health,risk factors of oral diseases,identification of dental caries and periodontal diseases,prevention and care,and use of oral cleaning tools.Conclusion The development method of popular works of oral health management for older adults in the community is scientific and standardized.Such works are user-friendly in design.This study provides a reference for the development of popular works in other fields.
