该文从疾病自知力在慢性病中的概念、相关评估工具、影响因素、应用现状及提升慢性病患者疾病自知力的方法进行综述,旨在提高慢性病患者的疾病意识,提高其对慢性病的自知力,同时优化护理人员对慢性病患者的护理干预措施。

In this paper,the concept of disease insight in chronic diseases,related assessment tools,influencing factors,application status,methods to improve the insight of patients with chronic diseases,etc.were reviewed,aiming to improve the disease awareness of patients with chronic diseases,enhance their perception of chronic diseases,and optimize nursing interventions for them.
