摘要
为了探究可重复使用防护服面料的耐洗消性能,以PTFE复合膜织物为试验材料进行相关研究。用过氧乙酸进行洗消处理,并试验不同质量浓度的100 mg/L处理组、200 mg/L处理组、300 mg/L处理组的相关性能。测试结果表明:采用质量浓度100 mg/L的过氧乙酸进行洗消处理,洗消达到20次时防护面料依然可保持良好的抗渗水性、断裂强力和过滤效率,同时遵循不过度洗消的原则。
In order to investigate the decontamination resistance of reusable protective clothing fabrics,PTFE composite film fabric was used as the test material for relevant studies.Decontamination treatment with peroxyacetic acid was performed,and the relevant performances of treatment groups with concentrations of 100 mg/L,200 mg/L and 300 mg/L were tested.Test results showed that the decontamination treatment with 100 mg/L peroxyacetic acid could ensure materials with better characteristics in terms of water resistance,breaking strength and filtration efficiency after 20 times of decontamination.Meanwhile,the principle of not excessive decontamination was followed.
