Application of Laser in Treatment of Periodontal Tissue Problems during Orthodontics

在正畸治疗过程中,包含牙龈、牙槽骨、牙周膜、牙骨质的牙周组织是牙齿移动的支持与基础,因此需要采取有效的方法治疗正畸过程中发生的牙周组织问题。近年来激光以其安全、微创、靶向性高等特点逐渐受到重视,可应用于处理正畸中的各种牙周组织问题,例如微种植钉周围炎、牙周病、加速牙槽骨改建加快正畸牙移动等方面。本文就激光在这一领域的应用进行综述,为实际应用提供依据。

During orthodontic treatment,periodontal tissues including gingival,alveolar bone,periodontal membrane,and cementum are the support and foundation of tooth movement.Therefore,effective methods should be taken to treat periodontal tissue problems during orthodontic treatment.In recent years,laser has been paid more and more attention for its safe,minimally invasive,and highly targeted characteristics.It can be used to deal with various periodontal problems during orthodontics,such as peri-nail inflammation,periodontal disease,acceleration of alveolar bone remodeling,and acceleration of orthodontic tooth movement.This paper reviews the application of laser in this field,introduces the working principle and application direction,and provides the basis for better clinical application.
