装配式套筒连接墩柱受力性能分析研究

摘要 与传统现浇桥梁相比,装配式桥梁具有经济、高效、安全、可靠、环保的明显优势。为了探讨装配式套筒连接墩柱的抗震性能,本文进行了现浇墩柱及套筒连接墩柱材性试验、连接件试验、单推静力试验及拟静力试验。通过套筒连接墩柱静力试验研究试件在静力作用下的力学反应和破坏机理,分析试件的静力承载力、延性和刚度等基本力学性能。通过拟静力试验对试件施加低周往复荷载,模拟试件在受地震作用时的受力反应,研究试件的滞回特性、累积耗能能力和自复位能力等抗震性能。结果表明,套筒连接墩柱与现浇墩柱水平承载力相近,在抗震方面,套筒连接墩柱的延性、累积耗能能力相对更差,刚度退化更明显。 Compared to traditional cast-in-place bridge,the prefabricated bridge has obvious advantages in terms of economy,high efficiency,safety,reliability and environmental protection.This paper investigates the seismic performance of the prefabricated pier column connected with sleeve coupler through material property test,connector property test,single-push static test and quasi-static test.The static test examines the mechanical response and failure mechanism of the specimen under the action of static force and analyzes the basic mechanical properties of the specimen such as static bearing capacity,ductility and stiffness.The pseudo-static test simulates the mechanical response of the specimen under seismic action by applying low cyclic reversed loads and studies its seismic performance in terms of hysteretic characteristics,cumulative energy dissipation capacity,and self-resetting capacity.The results indicate that the horizontal bearing capacity of the pier column connected with sleeve couplers is similar to that of a cast-in-place column.However,in terms of seismic resistance,the ductility and cumulative energy dissipation capacity are relatively poor and its stiffness degradation is more pronounced.
