衡水湖湿地景区雷电灾害区域风险评估研究

摘要 根据衡水市1972—2013年雷暴日资料、2009—2020年闪电定位数据及衡水湖湿地景区实地勘查资料,选取评估区域面积、评估景区级别、地形地貌和区域防雷安全管理等18个评估指标,采用层次分析法确定各评估指标的权重比,建立湿地景区雷电灾害区域风险评估模型,对衡水湖景区开展雷电灾害区域风险评估研究。结果表明:除闾里古镇区域风险等级为中等外,其他4个区域风险等级均为较高风险;影响其风险值的主要指标为土壤电阻率、地形地貌、相对高度、人员密度、材料结构、区域雷电防护水平和区域防雷安全管理;找出了衡水湖景区的雷灾易发区、隐患点和防雷措施薄弱环节,有助于更加科学地防雷减灾。 Based on the data of thunderstorm days during 1972-2013,lightning location data during 2009-2020 in Hengshui city and the field exploration data of Hengshui Lake scenic spot,combined with characteristics of wetland scenic spot,eighteen indicators including the area of region,level of scenic spot,topography and regional lightning protection safety management were selected.The weight ratio of each assessment indicator was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The regional risk assessment model of lightning disaster in wetland scenic spot was built to carry out in Hengshui Lake scenic spot.The results showed that the risk levels of four regions were high,except the risk level of Lüli ancient town was medium.The main indicators were soil resistivity,topography,relative height,personnel density,material structure,regional lightning protection level and regional lightning protection safety management.The prone area of lightning disaster,hidden danger points and weak links of lightning protection measures were found out,which was helpful to determine scientific strategies for lightning protection and disaster reduction so as to effectively protect the life and property safety of people and rare animals in the scenic spot.
