我国“时间银行”互助养老模式研究现状及发展趋势

The Research Status and Development Trend of Mu tual Endowment Model in Chinese"Time bank"

目的:分析《“十三五”国家老龄事业发展和养老体系建设规划》出台以来我国“时间银行”互助养老模式的研究现状与发展趋势。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)为检索对象,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R1和VOSviewer 1.6.18进行“时间银行”互助养老模式多维度分析。结果:我国“时间银行”互助养老模式的发文数量呈逐年增长趋势,但期刊分布较为分散,核心作者产出不高,研究机构较为独立,学科分布不均匀。研究热点经历了萌芽阶段、探索阶段和发展阶段。研究主要围绕不同视角探析、互助类型和经验多维归类、区块链嵌入、服务需求与供给意愿四大主题展开。结论:“时间银行”互助养老模式研究发展势头较好,但研究力度不足,还未形成核心作者群。“时间银行”如何介入养老领域、如何推动养老服务,始终是该领域的研究重点和热点。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the current situation and hot trend of the research on the mode of“time bank”mutual support for the elderly since the introduction of THE NATIONAL PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGING CAUSE AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PENSION SYSTEM IN THE 13TH“FIVE-YEAR PLAN PERIOD”.METHODS Taking“CNKI”as retrieval object,CiteSpace6.1.R1 and VOSviewer1.6.18 were used to analyze the multi-dimensional model of“time bank”mutual pension.RESULTS The number of articles published in the“time bank”mutual pension model showed an increasing trend year by year,but the periodical distribution was scattered,the output of core authors was not high,the research institutions were independent,and the discipline distribution was uneven.The research hotspot had experienced the stage of germination,exploration and development.It mainly focused on four themes:analysis from different perspectives,types of mutual assistance and multidimensional classification of experience,blockchain embedding,and service demand and supply willingness.CONCLUSION The research on“time bank”mutual pension model has a good momentum of development,but the research force is insufficient,and the core group of authors had not been formed.“How time bank intervenes in the field of pension and how to promote pension services”has always been the research focus and hot spot.
