中医药科普在农村居民疾病防治中的必要性研究——以湖南省石门县壶瓶山镇为例

Research on the Necssity of Popularization of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Disease Prevention and Treatment of Rural Residents:Take Hupingshan Town of Shimen County as an Example

目的:通过调查分析湖南省石门县壶瓶山镇居民对防治常见疾病的中医药知识的了解程度及运用情况,探讨在农村进行中医药科普的必要性,为在农村进行有效的中医药科普教育提供依据。方法:2022年7月18—23日,采用随机抽样的方法,对壶瓶山镇居民113人进行问卷调查、面对面访谈,分析该地区农村居民对中医药防治常见疾病相关知识的了解程度和运用情况。结果:该地区农村居民缺乏运用中医药预防常见疾病的相关知识,获取中医药相关知识的途径单一,对当地中药的使用率低和对中药的使用注意事项不了解,获得更多中医药知识的意愿较高。结论:应在农村地区大力开展中医药科普教育,提高农村居民的健康意识和防治疾病的能力,助力乡村振兴。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the residents’understanding and application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)knowledge in the prevention and treatment of common diseases in Hupinshan town of Shimen county,and to explore the necessity of TCM science popularization in rural areas,so as to provide a basis for effective TCM science popularization education in rural areas.METHODS A questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview were conducted among residents in Hupingshan town by random sampling,and the understanding and application about prevention and treatment of common diseases by Chinese medicine among rural residents in this area were analyzed.RESULTS The rural residents in the area lacked the knowledge of using TCM to prevent common diseases;their access to knowledge of Chinese medicine was too limited in one way;the utilization rate of local traditional Chinese medicine was low and the precautions for the use of traditional Chinese medicine were not understood;strong willingness to further acquire knowledge of Chinese medicine.CONCLUSION Science education of traditional Chinese medicine in rural areas should be vigorously carried out to promote the health of rural residents and assist rural revitalization.
