摘要
装配式建筑因其施工效率高、成本低、污染少等优势,在建筑行业尤其是保障类建筑和应急类建筑中应用广泛。为了形成较为完整的装配式建筑施工安全风险控制系统,文章着重分析装配式建筑施工安全风险控制的方法和技术,探寻装配式建筑施工安全风险控制要点,推动装配式建筑施工安全控制的应用和实施。利用装配式建筑项目信息创建BIM建筑信息模型,结合BIM类软件Revit、Fuzor、VR、Lumion等软件,对装配式建筑施工过程进行建筑设计方案优化、安全教育培训与安全技术交底及施工动态安全管理;并结合实例,验证安全风险控制技术的有效性与可行性。结果表明,上述安全控制技术可有效控制施工安全事故的发生,为我国今后装配式建筑施工安全管理的发展提供方向。
With the advantages of high construction efficiency,low cost and less pollution,etc.,fabricated building is extensively applied in the construction industry,especially security buildings and emergency buildings.In order to form relatively complete system for construction safety risk control of fabricated building,this paper emphatically analyzes the method and technique for construction safety risk control of fabricated building,explores the key points for construction safety risk control of fabricated building,and promotes the application and implementation of construction safety control of fabricated building.It utilizes the project information of fabricated building to create BIM building information model,and combined with BIM type softwares,such as Revit,Fuzor,VR and Lumion,etc.,it performs optimization of architectural design scheme,safety education and training,safety technical disclosure as well as construction dynamic safety management to the construction process of fabricated building,and combined with instances,it verifies the validity and feasibility of safety risk control technology.It is shown by result that the above-mentioned safety control technology can effectively curb the occurrence of construction safety accident,so as to provide direction for the development of future construction safety management of fabricated building in China.
